Preparation of the application

Provide information about your legal situation and the related documents (procedural documents of the parties, decisions and rulings adopted by institutions and courts, contracts, etc.); copies of the documents are sufficient

  • During the consultation, we assess the legal situation and advise on the prospects of your case before the European Court of Human Rights and on whether it is advisable to submit an application.

  • Consultation regarding a case which is pending in national courts. In many instances, it is important to seek advice while the case is still ongoing in the domestic courts — if the opportunity to properly and timely raise a certain complaint in that case is missed, it will not be possible to raise it later before the Strasbourg Court.

Having established all relevant circumstances and based on an analysis of the submitted documents, international and national legal acts, and the case-law of the Strasbourg Court, we will prepare an application to the ECtHR.
